The Mirabelle Brut Rosé is a specially crafted blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Schramsberg's select cool-climate vineyards in Carneros, Anderson Valley, and the Sonoma and Marin coastal areas of Northern California. Pinot Noir lots, including a few fermented with skin contact, provide brightness of berry fruit and body, while Chardonnay lots lend length and zest to the palate. Additional flavor depth and aromatic complexity results from the blending of base wine lots aged in barrels and tanks for one or more years. The finished Brut Rosé exhibits fresh, elegant and toasty aromas that lead into lively and delicious fruit flavors on the palate.

Dark, rich and decadent, the 2016 Inkblot Cabernet Franc oozes aromas of blueberry, sun-dried cherries, pie crust and peppercorn. Heavy in the mouth with big polished tannins, flavors of dark fruit, tobacco, mocha and subtle oak notes are expressed through a lengthy, silken finish.

As soon as a glass is poured, aromatic notes of Luxardo cherries, ripe black plums and raspberries billow, with intricate hints of coffee, mocha and caramel in the background. The entry is expansive with dark briar fruits, cola and cocoa with tannins that are soft and dusty. The wine finishes with a hint of wild cherry and a lingering sweet oak presence.

Has a delicate bouquet of rose petals and offers sensuous flavors of fresh raspberries and strawberries. Its effervescence is softer than that of champagne, yet it yields a persistent and delicate pink froth.

Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the best grand- and premier crus bring vinosity and delicacy together in a very harmoniously balanced blend.The complement of Pinot Meunier adds a charming touch of fruitiness and liveliness.

Paringa Sparkling Shiraz is a dazzler; long and bright with superb grapeiness; frothy on the palate, delightful finish.

The wine has an orange blossom aroma and flavors of sweet peach and nectarine. La Perlina’s winemaker suggests chilling it down and enjoying it with a honeycomb-topped crostata, an Italian baked tart that sometimes is called coppi or sfogliate. Pale straw color. Floral aromas and flavors of globe grapes, summer blossoms, and peach and apple skins with a supple, bright, fizzy, dryish light body and a smooth, carefree crushed gravel finish with fine, fruit tannins. A fruit forward Prosecco with ample minerality.

The real beauty is inside and needs no makeup. That is "Biutiful", an essential and pure Malbec with no makeup to distract. It sees no oak at all, and is fermented in old cement vessels without either adding yeast or correcting acidity. Its essence is represented by the butterfly inside the cocoon, and only one who looks inside can appreciate its beauty.

An exceptionally fine old tawny blend, aged for 10 years in oak casks. Elegant and smooth, combining delicate wood notes and rich mellow fruit, it is bottled for immediate drinking. A superb dessert wine, particularly with dishes made with chocolate, coffee or almonds, Taylor's 10 Year Old Tawny may also be served at the end of the meal in the same way as Vintage Port.

Another magnificent and finely-balanced old tawny blend of outstanding richness and complexity. This rare Port is traditionally enjoyed as a dessert wine or at the end of the meal. Ideal for summer drinking, Taylor's 20 Year Old Tawny may be served cool.

Blended from Taylor Fladgate's reserves of fine, cask-aged tawnies of several vintages, these wines are on average 30 years old. Rich, silky and elegant, it is a masterpiece of the blender's art.

This sweet wine shows fresh, rich black cherry and cassis aromas. On the palate, it has a well-knit structure, with a velvety, luscious mouthfeel and smooth tannins. Delicious as an after-dinner drink on its own, this wine also pairs well with desserts made from chocolate or berries. Made to be consumed immediately, without further aging.

We took a cold-conditioned cream ale, brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans, and aged it in freshly decanted bourbon barrels for at least six weeks. Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale's medium body and 5.5% ABV make it the perfect barrel-aged beer for an all day event.
